Shelley Raper joined Special Events Creators as owner in February 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and before taking over Special Events Creators, worked at the University of Northern British Columbia for 13 years. In her time there, she had the opportunity to organize numerous events and enjoyed it so much, she decided to take that passion for planning events by taking over Special Events Creators.
Her attention to detail has ensured the success of the events and that her client’s objectives were met. Shelley believes in building solid business relationships filled with mutual respect and trust.
